Job Summary

The Tower Lead for Tools & Automation plays a pivotal role in ensuring the effective resolution of escalations, delivering quality reports and services as per the Statement of Work (SOW), and spearheading organizational initiatives. This role is essential for maintaining operational excellence and driving improvements in customer satisfaction through strategic use of automation and innovative frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

1. Drive Revenue Growth By Implementing Effective Strategies For Tower Level Ee & En Revenue Generation Using Snow - Itom And Rest/Soap Api.
2. Ensure Timely Closure Of All Responsibilities, Tasks, And Escalations In Alignment With Agreed Sla Norms, Utilizing Best Practices In Tools And Automation.
3. Oversee Operational Hygiene By Validating Reports And Ensuring Service Delivery Aligns With The Specifications Outlined In The Sow, Leveraging Angular Js For Reporting Enhancements.
4. Foster Positive Customer Relationships By Promoting Satisfaction Initiatives And Developing New Frameworks For Continuous Improvement In Service Delivery.
5. Implement The Profit Improvement Plan (Pip) By Identifying And Executing Automation Opportunities And Self-Driven Initiatives That Enhance Operational Efficiency.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency In Snow Itom For It Operations Management.
2. Strong Understanding Of Rest/Soap Api For Application Integration.
3. Familiarity With Angular Js For Developing And Enhancing User Interfaces And Reports.
