Job Summary

Job Responsibilities : Work4Flow- Pr. TC - US: • Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow ITOM solutions. • Define ITOM strategy, roadmap, and enterprise architecture aligned with customer business objectives. • Architect and implement: o Discovery o Service Mapping o CMDB & CSDM o Event Management o AIOps o Cloud Discovery o Agent Client Collector (ACC) • Establish CMDB governance, data quality, reconciliation, and lifecycle management processes. • Design service-aware operational models using CSDM best practices. • Lead architecture workshops, solution design sessions, and stakeholder discussions. • Produce High-Level Designs (HLDs), Low-Level Designs (LLDs), architecture roadmaps, and technical governance standards. • Design integrations with monitoring and observability platforms such as: o Dynatrace o SolarWinds o Splunk o AppDynamics o SCOM o Nagios o Datadog • Drive Event Management and AIOps implementations including: o Alert correlation o Noise reduction o Operational intelligence o Automated remediation • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, code reviews, and architectural governance for implementation teams. • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, scalability, security, and upgrade readiness. Required Certifications Mandatory • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) • One or more of: o CIS-Discovery o CIS-Service Mapping o CIS-Data Foundations (CMDB & CSDM) Strongly Preferred • CTA (Certified Technical Architect) • ArchX Certification • Additional CIS certifications in ITSM, ITOM, or ITAM

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
