Job Summary

The Tower Lead for Support & Operations plays a critical role in overseeing the delivery of IaaS solutions using AWS and Terraform. This position is essential for ensuring operational excellence, timely resolution of escalations, and the implementation of strategic initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and drive profitability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Generate Tower-Level Revenue By Utilizing Aws And Terraform To Optimize Infrastructure Costs And Improve Service Delivery.
2. Ensure Compliance With Service Level Agreements (Slas) By Managing Escalations And Crisis Situations Effectively Within The Aws Environment, Ensuring Timely And Satisfactory Resolutions.
3. Oversee Operational Hygiene By Validating Reports Generated Through Aws Cloudwatch And Ensuring That Services Are Provided In Accordance With The Statement Of Work (Sow).
4. Enhance Customer Satisfaction By Developing And Implementing New Frameworks And Initiatives Using Aws Best Practices And Terraform Automation.
5. Drive The Profit Improvement Plan (Pip) By Leveraging Automation Tools And Self-Driven Initiatives Within Aws And Terraform To Improve Operational Efficiency And Reduce Costs.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency In Iaas Solutions With A Strong Focus On Aws Services.
2. Solid Experience With Terraform For Infrastructure As Code (Iac) Implementations.
3. In-Depth Knowledge Of Operational Metrics, Sla Management, And Reporting Tools Within Aws.
4. Strong Understanding Of Automation Frameworks And Best Practices To Enhance Operational Efficiency.
