Tower Lead - Identity Management

Job Summary

The Tower Lead for Identity Management plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of support and services related to CyberArk PAM solutions. This position is vital for maintaining operational excellence, driving customer satisfaction, and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance service delivery according to organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee The Generation Of Tower-Level Revenue By Leveraging Cyberark Pam Capabilities, Ensuring Alignment With Organizational Objectives.
2. Ensure Timely Closure Of All Responsibilities, Tasks, And Escalations In Accordance With Agreed Sla Norms, Utilizing Cyberark Pam Tools To Facilitate Efficient Issue Resolution.
3. Validate Operational Reports And Ensure Service Delivery Adheres To The Agreed Statement Of Work (Sow) By Utilizing Cyberark Vault, Pvwa, Cpm, And Psm Functionalities.
4. Foster Positive Customer Satisfaction Through The Implementation Of Initiatives And Frameworks Designed To Enhance Service Quality And Client Engagement.
5. Lead The Implementation Of Profit Improvement Plans (Pip) By Identifying Opportunities For Automation And Self-Driven Initiatives Within The Cyberark Pam Operational Framework.

Skill Requirements

1. In-Depth Knowledge Of Identity Management And Cyberark Pam, Including Vault, Pvwa, Cpm, And Psm.
2. Strong Understanding Of Service Level Agreements And Operational Metrics.
3. Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills To Promote Collaboration And Customer Engagement.
4. Ability To Drive Initiatives And Improvements In Service Delivery And Operational Efficiency.
