Tower Lead - Java, CA Identity Manager

Job Summary

The Tower Lead for Support & Operations will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective management of escalations and operational performance in line with organizational initiatives. This position is crucial for maintaining customer satisfaction and achieving revenue targets while fostering continuous improvement through innovative frameworks and automation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Generate Tower Level Ee & En Revenue By Leveraging Saviynt Pam And Java Development Tools To Enhance Service Delivery And Operational Efficiency.
2. Ensure All Responsibilities, Tasks, And Escalations/Crisis Are Resolved In Accordance With Agreed Sla Norms, Utilizing Effective Operational Management Practices.
3. Oversee Operational Hygiene By Validating Reports Generated Through Xceedium And Ca Pam, Ensuring Services Align With The Agreed Sow.
4. Promote Positive Customer Satisfaction By Implementing Initiatives And Frameworks That Leverage Insights From Saviynt Pam, Driving Service Quality Enhancements.
5. Implement The Profit Improvement Plan (Pip) By Identifying Opportunities For Automation And Self-Driven Initiatives Using Java Development To Streamline Processes.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency In Saviynt Pam And Java Development.
2. Strong Understanding Of Xceedium, Ca Pam, And Broadcom Pam.
3. Solid Knowledge Of Operational Management Principles And Sla Compliance.
4. Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Drive Improvements In Service Delivery.

Other Requirements

1. Relevant Certifications In Saviynt Pam Or Java Development Are Optional But Valuable
