Job Summary

The Tower Lead in Support & Operations plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient functioning of service delivery through the timely resolution of escalations and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs). This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, enhancing customer satisfaction, and implementing organizational initiatives that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Ensure The Generation Of Tower-Level Revenue By Leveraging Kubernetes And Terraform For Efficient Deployment And Management Of Cloud-Native Applications.
2. Guarantee Timely Resolution Of Escalations And Crises By Utilizing Aws Cloud Formation And Eks, Ensuring Adherence To Agreed Sla Norms.
3. Oversee Operational Hygiene By Validating Reports And Ensuring Services Are Delivered In Accordance With The Statement Of Work (Sow) Using Effective Linux-Based Monitoring Tools.
4. Promote Customer Satisfaction By Implementing Initiatives And Frameworks That Utilize Terraform For Infrastructure As Code, Enhancing Service Delivery And Reliability.
5. Drive The Profit Improvement Plan (Pip) By Identifying Automation Opportunities And Self-Driven Initiatives, Utilizing Aws Paas Capabilities To Optimize Operational Processes.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency In Kubernetes And Terraform For Container Orchestration And Infrastructure Management.
