Job Summary

The Tower Lead for Support & Operations plays a critical role in managing escalations, ensuring operational efficiency, and driving customer satisfaction through effective service delivery. This position is key to implementing strategic initiatives and optimizing performance within the organization, particularly in the areas of Mainframe and Message Automation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Drive Revenue Generation By Leveraging Mainframe Automation And Message Automation To Enhance Operational Efficiencies And Deliver On Tower Level Ee & En Revenue Targets.
2. Ensure Timely Closure Of All Escalations And Crises In Alignment With Service Level Agreements (Slas) By Implementing Robust Automation Processes And Crisis Management Strategies.
3. Validate Operational Reports And Uphold Operational Hygiene By Utilizing Mainframe Automation Tools, Ensuring Services Are Delivered In Accordance With The Statement Of Work (Sow).
4. Foster Positive Customer Satisfaction By Developing And Implementing Innovative Frameworks And Initiatives Focused On Service Improvement And Client Engagement.
5. Lead The Execution Of The Profit Improvement Plan (Pip) By Identifying And Implementing Automation Opportunities And Self-Driven Initiatives To Enhance Profitability And Efficiency.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency In Mainframe Automation Tools And Technologies.
2. Strong Understanding Of Message Automation Processes And Frameworks.
3. Excellent Analytical Skills For Validating Reports And Operational Performance.
4. Ability To Implement Strategic Initiatives Effectively And Drive Operational Excellence.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
