Key Responsibilities

Endpoint Management & Administration

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise endpoint management solutions using:
• Microsoft Intune
• Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM)
• Co-management environments
• Manage Windows devices through SCCM and Intune.
• Develop and maintain endpoint management strategies aligned with business and security requirements.
• Administer device enrollment, provisioning, compliance policies, configuration profiles, and application deployments.

SCCM / MECM Administration

• Manage SCCM infrastructure including:
• Central, Primary and Secondary Site Servers
• Distribution Points
• Management Points
• Software Update Points
• Create and maintain:
• Device Collections
• Application Packages
• Software Deployments
• Task Sequences
• Driver Management
• Perform Operating System Deployment (OSD).
• Manage patching and software updates using SCCM.

Security & Compliance

• Implement endpoint security controls aligned with corporate and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Security teams to enforce:
• Conditional Access
• Defender for Endpoint integration
• Device Compliance Policies
• Security Baselines
• Monitor security posture and remediate endpoint vulnerabilities.

Automation & Scripting

• Develop automation solutions using:
• PowerShell
• Graph API
• Azure Automation
• Create reports, dashboards, and operational scripts.
• Automate application deployments and endpoint configuration tasks.

Troubleshooting & Support

• Act as the highest escalation point for endpoint management issues.
• Troubleshoot:
• Intune enrollment failures
• SCCM client issues
• Application deployment failures
• Patch management problems
• Co-management challenges
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.

Documentation & Governance

• Maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, operational procedures, and knowledge articles.
• Establish and maintain endpoint management standards and best practices.
• Participate in audits and compliance reviews.
