Job Summary

The Tower Lead for Support & Operations plays a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of support services related to OKTA and CyberArk PAM. This position is pivotal in managing escalations, maintaining operational hygiene, and driving customer satisfaction while implementing strategic initiatives to enhance service delivery and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage And Optimize The Use Of Okta And Cyberark Pam Tools To Ensure Successful Generation Of Tower-Level Ee And En Revenue, Aligning With Organizational Financial Goals.
2. Ensure Timely Resolution Of Escalations And Crises By Leveraging Okta And Cyberark Pam Capabilities, Adhering Strictly To Agreed Sla Norms And Maintaining Service Excellence.
3. Oversee Operational Hygiene By Validating Reports Generated From Cyberark Pam (Vault, Pvwa, Cpm, Psm) And Ensuring Compliance With The Service Outlined In The Sow.
4. Foster Positive Customer Relationships By Developing And Implementing New Frameworks And Initiatives Using Okta And Cyberark Pam Tools To Enhance Customer Satisfaction.
5. Spearhead The Implementation Of The Profit Improvement Plan By Identifying And Utilizing Automation Opportunities Within Okta And Cyberark Pam Solutions To Drive Efficiency And Self-Driven Initiatives.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
