Job Summary

VMware Enterprise Architecture: Design, implement, and optimize large-scale virtualized environments leveraging VMware vSphere, vCenter Server, vSAN (Hyper-converged infrastructure), and VMware NSX for network virtualization.Windows Server Management: Direct the configuration, deployment, and lifecycle management of Windows Server operating systems (2019/2022/2025) across physical and virtual landscapes.Active Directory & Identity: Architect and maintain enterprise Active Directory (AD), Azure AD/Entra ID hybrid environments, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), DNS, DHCP, and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI).Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity: Architect and routinely validate site-recovery frameworks utilizing VMware Live Cyber Recovery (formerly SRM) to guarantee strict RPO and RTO metrics.Performance Analysis & Capacity Planning: Proactively analyze host, storage, and guest OS performance using tools like VMware Aria Operations (formerly vRealize Operations) to avoid resource bottlenecks.Security & Compliance:

Skill Requirements

Experience: 8+ years of hands-on infrastructure engineering experience with a sharp focus on enterprise Windows environments and VMware virtualization software.VMware Mastery: Advanced expertise in vSphere architecture, ESXi host tuning, virtual machine troubleshooting, distributed switches, and storage protocols (FC, iSCSI, NFS, vSAN).Windows Internals: Deep operational understanding of Windows Server performance monitoring, clustering (WSFC), registry optimization, and storage spaces.Automation & Scripting: High proficiency in PowerShell and PowerCLI for automated provisioning, configuration management, and daily operational reporting.Hardware & Storage: Expert familiarity with enterprise server blades (e.g., Dell PowerEdge, HPE ProLiant) and SAN/NAS storage fabrics.
