Job Summary

The Tower Lead for Support & Operations is responsible for ensuring the effective management of escalations, timely reporting, and the successful implementation of organizational initiatives. This role plays a crucial part in driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and revenue generation within the tower, aligning with the strategic goals of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Drive Revenue Generation By Leveraging Postgresql Administration And Postgrems Sql To Optimize Operational Processes And Enhance Service Delivery.
2. Oversee The Resolution Of Escalations By Implementing Robust Monitoring And Reporting Mechanisms, Ensuring Adherence To Sla Norms And Timely Closure Of Tasks.
3. Validate Operational Reports And Maintain Operational Hygiene By Utilizing Oracle Rac/Asm And Postgre Administration To Ensure Compliance With The Agreed Statement Of Work (Sow).
4. Foster Positive Customer Satisfaction By Developing And Implementing New Initiatives And Frameworks, Utilizing Best Practices In Postgresql And Oracle Database Management.
5. Lead The Implementation Of The Profit Improvement Plan (Pip) By Identifying Opportunities For Automation And Driving Self-Initiated Projects That Enhance Operational Efficiency.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency In Postgresql Administration And Postgrems Sql
2. Strong Knowledge Of Oracle Rac/Asm And Postgre Administration
3. Excellent Problem-Solving Skills With A Focus On Operational Excellence
4. Ability To Develop And Implement Strategic Initiatives For Improved Customer Satisfaction
