Job Summary

The Tower Lead for Support & Operations plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of Azure services within the organization. This position is responsible for managing escalations, delivering on service agreements, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Ensure The Generation Of Tower-Level Ee And En Revenue By Implementing Strategic Initiatives And Optimizing Resource Allocation In Windows Azure Paas And Azure Iaas Environments.
2. Manage And Resolve Escalations And Crises Effectively, Ensuring All Tasks And Responsibilities Are Completed Within Agreed Sla Norms Through Proactive Oversight Of Operational Processes.
3. Oversee Operational Hygiene By Validating Reports And Ensuring That All Services Are Delivered In Accordance With The Statement Of Work (Sow), Utilizing Azure Kubernetes And Infrastructure As Code (Iac) Principles.
4. Foster Positive Customer Satisfaction By Developing And Implementing New Frameworks And Initiatives Aimed At Enhancing Service Delivery And Client Engagement In Azure Environments.
5. Drive The Implementation Of The Profit Improvement Plan (Pip) Through Automation Initiatives And Self-Driven Projects, Leveraging Iac Tools Such As Terraform And Azure Resource Manager For Efficiency Gains.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency In Windows Azure Paas And Azure Iaas, With A Strong Understanding Of Their Operational Frameworks.
2. Solid Knowledge Of Azure Kubernetes And Infrastructure As Code (Iac) Practices, Particularly With Terraform And Vra.
3. Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Manage Complex Operational Issues Effectively.
4. Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Engage With Stakeholders And Promote Customer Satisfaction.
