Job Summary
Program and Workstream Project Management role provide overall program governance, workstream coordination, and strategic oversight for the Tech Refresh project. Provide overall program governance, tracking milestones, deliverables, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives Coordinate across workstreams (Intake, Scheduling, Engineering, Reporting) to ensure seamless execution and resource alignment Manage program-level risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate and resolve blockers Facilitate executive steering committees, status reporting, and stakeholder communications Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization across the Tech Refresh program Manage the compliance
Key Responsibilities
Proficiency in project/program management tools (MS Project, Excel) Strong Excel and reporting skills for status tracking, dashboards, and executive reporting Knowledge of ITIL practices and change management processes Familiarity with server infrastructure concepts (Windows/Linux, virtualization, databases) Stakeholder management and executive communication skills Risk and issue management frameworks Vendor management and contract oversight experience Understanding of Tech Refresh lifecycle (intake, scheduling, wave execution, closure) Budget tracking and resource planning skills Experience with ServiceNow or similar workflow/ticketing systems
