Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning: Define the overall UX vision, aligning design projects with business KPIs, strategic goals, and user-centered design principles.Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a team of UX/UI designers and researchers, guiding their career growth and ensuring high-quality, consistent design outputs.Research & Testing: Oversee usability testing, user interviews, and competitive analysis to identify pain points and validate design decisions.Design Execution: Create and refine information architecture, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and marketers to ensure design feasibility and smooth implementation
Skill Requirements
Experience: Typically 5+ to 7 years in UX design, product design, or a closely related digital consulting field.Tool Proficiency: Mastery of industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision).Design Systems: Proven track record of developing, scaling, and maintaining design systems and component libraries.Leadership: Strong communication, presentation, and conflict-resolution skills, with a history of advocating for UX best practices across the broader organization.Business Acumen: Ability to leverage product analytics, heat maps, and conversion metrics to make data-driven design decisions
