Job Summary

Serve as Scrum Master for IAM product and platform teams (IGA, PAM, Access Management). Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives. Partner with Product Owners to manage and prioritize IAM backlogs aligned to security, audit, and compliance needs. Remove delivery impediments, dependencies, and risks across IAM integrations and third‑party systems. Track sprint metrics (velocity, burn‑down, capacity) and drive continuous improvement. Coach teams on Agile principles, DevSecOps alignment, and enterprise IAM delivery standards. Coordinate with security, infrastructure, compliance, and audit stakeholders to ensure timely and secure IAM releases. Prepare clear status reports, dashboards, and executive updates on IAM delivery progress.

Skill Requirements

 5+ years as Scrum Master / Agile Project Manager, with experience in security or IAM programs. Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management concepts (IGA, PAM, RBAC, SoD, lifecycle management). Hands‑on experience with Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence. Proven ability to manage dependencies in regulated, compliance‑driven environments. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.

Other Requirements

5+ years as Scrum Master / Agile Project Manager, with experience in security or IAM programs. Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management concepts (IGA, PAM, RBAC, SoD, lifecycle management). Hands‑on experience with Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence. Proven ability to manage dependencies in regulated, compliance‑driven environments. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
