Tower Lead - Program & Project Management

Job Summary

Engage with business stakeholders to identify, capture, and document business requirements, process flows, and user needs. • Translate business requirements into functional specifications aligned with MS Dynamics capabilities. • Conduct workshops, interviews, and working sessions to understand current-state processes and define future-state workflows • Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams. • Communicate project updates, issues, and risks clearly to stakeholders. • Work closely with project managers, architects, and developers to ensure aligned delivery. • Create documentation including requirement documents, process maps, user stories, acceptance criteria and test cases. • Support functional testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing cycles
