Job Summary
The Tower Lead for Support & Operations plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless delivery of services and timely resolution of escalations. This position is essential for driving operational excellence, enhancing customer satisfaction, and implementing strategic organizational initiatives aligned with business objectives.
We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect – SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) & File Access Manager (FAM) to lead the design, implementation, transformation, and governance of enterprise Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions.
The architect will be responsible for defining IAM strategy, designing scalable SailPoint IIQ and FAM architectures, integrating enterprise applications and directories, implementing access governance controls, and driving identity transformation initiatives across hybrid and cloud environments.
The role requires extensive expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ, SailPoint File Access Manager (FAM), Identity Governance, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Segregation of Duties (SoD), compliance frameworks, and enterprise security architecture. The architect will work closely with business stakeholders, security teams, infrastructure teams, and application owners to implement secure and compliant IAM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Drive Operational Efficiency By Implementing Best Practices In Sailpoint Identitynow And Sailpoint Fam, Ensuring Timely Generation Of Tower-Level Revenue.
2. Manage And Resolve Escalations Effectively By Adhering To Agreed Sla Norms, Utilizing Java Development For Automation And Process Improvements.
3. Validate And Oversee Operational Reports, Ensuring Compliance With The Statement Of Work (Sow) And Maintaining High Standards Of Operational Hygiene.
4. Foster Positive Customer Experiences By Designing And Executing Initiatives That Enhance Satisfaction And Develop Frameworks For Continuous Improvement.
5. Lead The Implementation Of The Profit Improvement Plan (Pip) Through Strategic Automation Initiatives And Self-Driven Projects, Leveraging Sailpoint Technologies For Operational Enhancement.
- Define enterprise IAM and IGA architecture using SailPoint IdentityIQ and FAM.
- Develop target-state IAM roadmaps aligned with business and security requirements.
- Design scalable solutions for:

- Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) Processes

- Produce High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents.

- Architect SailPoint IIQ deployments and upgrades.
- Design provisioning and de-provisioning workflows.
- Design custom workflows, forms, rules and approval processes.
- Architect application onboarding frameworks.
- Design connector and integration strategies.
- Define identity correlation and aggregation processes.
- Architect identity lifecycle automation.
SailPoint File Access Manager (FAM)
- Design and implement File Access Governance solutions.
- Architect file entitlement discovery and access review processes.

- Mentor SailPoint consultants and engineers.
- Engage with client security and enterprise architecture teams.
- Provide solution guidance during customer audits and assessments.
