Tower Lead - Solarwinds NPM, PowerShell, Python

Job Summary

The Tower Lead in Support & Operations is pivotal in ensuring the efficient resolution of escalations and the seamless delivery of services as per the Statement of Work (SOW). This role emphasizes the importance of operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and the implementation of strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing service quality and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Utilize Solarwinds Npm To Monitor And Manage Network Performance, Ensuring The Timely Generation Of Tower-Level Ee And En Revenue Through Proactive Issue Identification And Resolution.
2. Employ Powershell Scripting To Automate Routine Tasks, Ensuring All Responsibilities And Escalations Are Addressed In Accordance With Agreed Service Level Agreements (Slas).
3. Oversee Operational Hygiene By Validating Reports Generated Through Solarwinds Npm, Ensuring Compliance With The Sow And The Quality Of Services Provided.
4. Foster Positive Customer Satisfaction By Developing And Implementing Innovative Frameworks And Initiatives Aimed At Enhancing Client Relationships And Service Delivery.
5. Drive The Profit Improvement Plan (Pip) By Leveraging Automation And Self-Driven Initiatives To Optimize Operational Efficiency And Reduce Costs.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficient In Solarwinds Npm For Network Performance Monitoring And Management.
2. Strong Knowledge Of Powershell Scripting For Task Automation And Operational Efficiency.
3. Solid Understanding Of Python For Data Analysis And Reporting.
4. Familiarity With Service Level Agreements (Slas) And Operational Best Practices.

Other Requirements

1. Itil Foundation Certification Is Optional But Valuable For This Position.
2. Certification In Solarwinds Or Related Network Management Tools Is Recommended
