Job Summary
Citrix NetScaler \\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nAs a Citrix NetScaler Architect, you will play a critical role in solution designing, Engineering, and supporting application delivery infrastructures that are centered around Microsoft Windows, Citrix, and VMware technologies.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nYour primary expertise in Citrix will be instrumental in ensuring our clients\\\\\\\' success.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nKey Responsibilities:\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nSolution Design: Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and design solutions that leverage Citrix technologies to deliver efficient, secure, and scalable server and application delivery infrastructures.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nEngineering: Implement and configure Citrix environments, especially Citrix NetScaler, ensuring high availability, performance optimization, and scalability.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nTechnical Support: Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for Citrix-based solutions, proactively identifying and resolving issues to maintain system health while working with Application Team.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nDocumentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including high level and low level design documents, configuration guides, and support manuals, to assist clients and internal teams.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nClient Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and delivering exceptional customer service.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nDesired Qualifications:\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nRelevant certifications such as Citrix Certified Professional (CCP) and Citrix Certified Expert (CCE).\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nExperience:\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nProven experience in designing, implementing, and supporting Citrix environments, especially Citrix NetScaler\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nStrong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and VMware technologies is required.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nTechnical Skills:\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nExpertise in configuring and optimizing Citrix NetScaler.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nStrong understanding of Windows server and virtualization technologies.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nStrong understanding of networking concepts and protocols. \\\\\\\"\\\\r\\\\n
Key Responsibilities
2. Ensure Prompt Resolution Of Escalations And Crises By Adhering To Agreed Sla Norms, Employing Citrix Tools For Effective Troubleshooting And Incident Management.
3. Validate Operational Reports And Maintain Operational Hygiene By Utilizing Pvs And Mcs For Efficient Provisioning And Management Of Virtual Desktops.
4. Foster Customer Satisfaction By Implementing Feedback Mechanisms And Developing Initiatives That Enhance Service Quality And Responsiveness In Citrix Environments.
5. Lead The Implementation Of The Profit Improvement Plan (Pip) By Identifying Automation Opportunities Within The Citrix Framework To Enhance Service Delivery Efficiency.
