Job Summary

We are seeking a highly specialized Lead MEP Planner / Schedule Manager to lead master scheduling, sequencing, and critical-path management for complex mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and liquid cooling infrastructure projects.

You will manage the end-to-end MEP project timeline—synchronizing long-lead equipment procurement (CDUs, high-density UPS, transformers) with field installation, primary/secondary piping loops, cleanroom data hall readiness, and Level 1 to Level 5 commissioning sequences designed for 100 kW to 150 kW+ per rack AI workloads.
