  • Supervise roofing, waterproofing, façade and building-envelope works.
  • Monitor internal partitions, fire-rated assemblies, doors, finishes and architectural fit-out activities.
  • Check installation interfaces for access control, security, fire stopping and service penetrations.

5. Contractor and Site Coordination

  • Coordinate daily with civil, structural and architectural contractors and subcontractors.
  • Participate in daily coordination meetings, weekly progress reviews and construction look-ahead planning.
  • Track workfront releases, dependencies, material availability and constraints affecting execution.
  • Follow up on agreed actions and support timely closure of site issues.
  • Provide factual site inputs for measurement verification, progress assessment and change evaluation.

6. Multidisciplinary Interface Coordination

  • Coordinate CSA works with electrical, mechanical, fire protection, ICT, security and commissioning teams.
  • Ensure rooms, equipment yards, trenches, shafts, openings and access routes are available in accordance with the integrated schedule.
  • Confirm readiness of foundations and routes for major equipment, including transformers, generators, switchgear, UPS systems, cooling equipment and CDUs.
  • Identify drawing conflicts and raise requests for information before the work is affected.
  • Support coordinated planning of temporary works, lifting routes, laydown areas and equipment movement.
