1. Administer and support Exchange Online during tenant‑to‑tenant migration projects.
2. Plan and execute mailbox migrations using Quest Migration tools.
3. Perform discovery and readiness assessments for mailboxes and mail flow.
4. Configure and validate connectors, transport rules, and mail routing.
5. Manage migration waves with minimal user disruption.
6. Monitor Quest migration jobs and troubleshoot mailbox issues.
7. Coordinate with business users for pre‑migration and post‑migration validation.
8. Handle shared mailboxes, resource mailboxes, and permissions migration.
9. Ensure mail flow continuity and data integrity throughout the migration.
