Track Lead (Support & Operations)

Job Summary

• Plan and execute upgrades of Kubernetes platform components in line with approved release schedules and maintenance windows.
• Assess dependencies, validate backups and rollback procedures, and test upgrades in lower environments before production deployment.
• Monitor post-upgrade platform health, resolve issues, document outcomes, and coordinate with application, security, and operations teams to maintain service stability.
