Job Summary

Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced Technical Data Center Migration Project Manager to lead end-to-end Data Center Migration and Infrastructure Transformation programs. The ideal candidate combines strong project management expertise with hands-on technical knowledge of applications, infrastructure, networks, databases, virtualization, storage, security, and cloud platforms. The role acts as the bridge between application teams, infrastructure teams, architects, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure successful migration of delivery with minimal business disruption.
Job Responsibilities : Lead enterprise Data Center Migration programs from assessment through stabilization. • Develop migration strategies, project plans, governance frameworks, cutover plans, and migration runbooks. • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies. • Conduct application discovery, dependency mapping, and migration wave planning. • Validate application readiness, business impact assessments, testing strategies, and cutover activities. • Ensure infrastructure readiness across compute, storage, network, security, backup, monitoring, and virtualization platforms. • Lead migration rehearsals, mock cutovers, command center operations, and go/no-go reviews. • Coordinate business validation, post-migration support, and stabilization activities. • Provide executive reporting and stakeholder communication throughout the migration lifecycle. Technical Leadership Act as the technical focal point capable of engaging architects, engineers, and application owners. Review and challenge migration designs, infrastructure readiness plans, application dependencies, security considerations, capacity requirements, and disaster recovery strategies.

Job Description : Required Qualifications \\\\r\\\\n• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related \\\\r\\\\nfield. \\\\r\\\\n• 10+ years of IT Project/Program Management experience. \\\\r\\\\n• 5+ years of Data Center, Infrastructure, or Cloud Migration experience. \\\\r\\\\n• Proven experience managing large-scale migration and transformation programs.
