Job Summary

M365 Engineer – L3

Role Summary

Provide advanced administration, architecture support, troubleshooting, and technical leadership for Microsoft 365 services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own advanced troubleshooting and major incident resolution.
  • Design and manage Microsoft 365 governance and security policies.
  • Administer and optimize Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Entra ID.
  • Lead tenant-to-tenant and hybrid migration projects.
  • Design Conditional Access, Identity Protection, and Zero Trust solutions.
  • Implement Microsoft Defender and Purview compliance solutions.
  • Develop automation using PowerShell and Graph APIs.
  • Review platform health, performance, and service optimization opportunities.
  • Participate in audits, security reviews, and compliance initiatives.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to operations teams.

  • Microsoft Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate

2. Understand client requirements and accountable in ensuring support team is meeting client expectations.
3. To lead and mentor the project team and ensure transparent communication of project goals.

5. To provide solutions commensurate with the customers’ needs within the ambit of the given environment so as to lead to business results.
