Track Lead (Support & Operations)

Job Summary

Minimum 7-10 years of solid experience on NetApp technologies, FAS, E-Series, NetApp Storage Grid, Amazon FSx for Netapp ONTAP. Minimum 7-10 years Solid hands-on experience on Data ONTAP cDOT (mandatory) and 7-MODE administration Knowledge (L2 level) on other block storage products such as VMAX, PURE, XTREMIO, ECS & Unity is mandatory. NetApp certifications (NetApp Certified Data Administrator, NetApp Certified SAN Implementation Engineer) will be plus. Minimum 7-10 years of Solid hands-on experience of vservers, namespace, NDO, Data motion etc. Minimum 7-10 years of Experience on NetApp OnCommand Unified Manager, OnCommand Insights, Cloud Insight and other NetApp tools. Installation and configuration of a cluster into a SAN and NAS environment. Experience in storage virtualization with an understanding of, Array based virtualization. Storage consolidation Replication and Migration (including array based and host-based experience) Strong knowledge of backup and recovery management solutions related to NetApp like NDMP. Demonstrable experience of product management, solutions management, or commercial marketing Audit various backup environments from time to time and ensure integrity of backup and recovery setups and activities. Document and implement changes to technical standards as and when required. Ability to interact with customers to ensure that the service is flexible, efficient an Experience in the management of multi-discipline teams in distributed locations. Use of ITIL service management framework to deliver best practice capabilities for TNT. Physical FC & Network connectivity understanding. To resolve tickets/escalations/incidents, through root cause analysis, in adherence to SLA, quality, process & security standards to ensure positive customer feedback and value creation” Should be capable of prepare and update Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Documents Perform SAN/NAS DR test on demand basis
