Job Summary

Enterprise Studio by HCL is the Professional Services CoE for Broadcom Enterprise Software, leader in Digital Infrastructure and Multi Clouds management.

We solve large organizations challenges with distributed digital infrastructure, clouds and heterogenous environments, from Business Planning to Operations & Monitoring through Agile Management and Execution, Test and Quality Assurance, Automation & Orchestration.

CA DX APM (Application Performance Management) solution is the solution provided by Broadcom for in-depth monitoring of applications. It can be either deployed on-premise or used in SaaS.

As an APMConsultant, you will implement the solution, document it, and make sure it keeps up and running. By working closely with customers, you will also identify areas of improvement, propose enhancements, implement those, track progress as to their implementation and report adequately to customers.

Key Responsibilities

 

 

Role and Responsibilities

  • Accurately and efficiently implement Broadcom CA DX APM;
  • Appropriately document the implementation (deployment guides, Configuration guides, Maintenance & Troubleshooting guides, Test Plans);
  • Deliver knowledge transfer to customers;
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and track progress as to remediation;
  • Provide solution roadmaps to customers;
  • Deliver RUN activities;
  • Provide advices and recommendations to customers;
  • Accurately and timely reports to Project Manager and Architect as to delivery status.

Skill Requirements

  • 1-3+ years of IT experience as a technical specialist, or consultant in customer-facing roles;
  • Strong experience in implementing DX APM at customers or in SaaS;
  • Experience in programming languages;
  • Possibly experience in implementing Broadcom DX NetOps;
  • Written and verbal communication skills, both Italian and English;
  • Bachelor’s degree required;
  • Ability to understand and work with new emerging technologies and methodologies.

Other Requirements

Preferred skills

  • Consulting professional experience;
  • Development background and understanding of JavaScript, JAVA, Perl, Python (at least one of them);
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP, SOAP, REST, XML, JSON;
  • Knowledge of containers, Docker, OpenShift, Kubernetes;
  • Knowledge of at least one Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google).
