Track Lead (Support & Operations)

Job Summary

  • Lead architecture and design for PingFederate, PingOne Advanced, PingID, Ping DaVinci, and Ping Risk.
  • Define authentication, federation, and adaptive access strategies.
  • Design enterprise SSO and MFA architectures for business applications.
  • Review integrations involving SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SCIM.
  • Drive migration, modernization, and platform optimization initiatives.
  • Provide technical leadership to SMEs and operations teams.
  • Lead critical incident resolution and architectural governance activities.
  • Engage stakeholders on IAM roadmap and security initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead architecture and design for PingFederate, PingOne Advanced, PingID, Ping DaVinci, and Ping Risk.
  • Define authentication, federation, and adaptive access strategies.
  • Design enterprise SSO and MFA architectures for business applications.
  • Review integrations involving SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SCIM.
  • Drive migration, modernization, and platform optimization initiatives.
  • Provide technical leadership to SMEs and operations teams.
  • Lead critical incident resolution and architectural governance activities.
  • Engage stakeholders on IAM roadmap and security initiatives.

Skill Requirements

  • 10+ years of IAM experience with 5+ years in Ping Identity solutions.
  • Expertise in PingFederate, PingOne, PingID, DaVinci, and Ping Risk.
  • Strong experience with SAML, OAuth, OIDC, SCIM, and Adaptive Authentication.
  • Experience integrating cloud and on-prem applications.
  • Strong architecture and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ping certifications preferred.
