Track Lead (Support & Operations)

Job Summary

•    Deploy, configure, administer, and support Kubernetes clusters in production environments.
•    Design and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
•    Create and maintain Helm charts for application deployment and lifecycle management.
•    Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD,  DevOps, or equivalent.
•    Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform and Ansible.
•    Monitor and troubleshoot Kubernetes workloads, cluster performance, networking, and resource utilization.
•    Manage Kubernetes components including Deployments, StatefulSets, Services, Ingress, ConfigMaps, Secrets, and Persistent Volumes.
•    Collaborate with development, QA, security, and operations teams to streamline application delivery.
•    Implement observability solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, or similar monitoring tools.
•    Support cloud environments such as GCP.
•    Ensure platform security, vulnerability remediation, compliance, and best practices.
•    Participate in production incident management and root cause analysis.

Skill Requirements

Mandatory
•    Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes Administration
•    Containerization expertise using Docker
•    Experience with Helm Charts
•    Knowledge of Linux Administration
•    Experience with CI/CD pipeline implementation and support
•    Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
•    Scripting skills using Bash, Python, or Shell Scripting
•    Experience with Git-based version control systems (GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket)
•    Understanding of Kubernetes networking and security concepts
Preferred
•    Experience with ArgoCD / GitOps
•    Exposure to GCP
•    Knowledge of Ansible automation
•    Experience with JFrog Artifactory or container registries
•    Cloud security and vulnerability management experience
Qualifications
•    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
•    Relevant certifications are highly desirable: 
o    Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
o    Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD)
o    GCP Certifications
o    Terraform Associate
