Job Summary

Operations Management with focus on continuous improvement ,problem-solving, meeting client SLAs, and empowering teams through effective people management.

: Core Skills: Deep understanding of VXLAN, MP-BGP, EVPN, VMM integration, and IPsec tunnels. Tools: Proficiency with Cisco vManage, APIC, Nexus Dashboards, and packet analysis tools (Wireshark) SD-WAN (Branch/WAN): Architect end-to-end SD-WAN solutions, develop traffic routing policies, configure overlays/underlays, and establish IPsec tunnels L3 Routing: Troubleshoot complex Layer 3 protocols, including BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP, to ensure seamless routing and convergence Cisco ACI (Data Center): Design, deploy, and maintain ACI fabrics utilizing APIC controllers, Spines, and Leaf nodes.

2. Understand client requirements and accountable in ensuring support team is meeting client expectations.
3. To lead and mentor the project team and ensure transparent communication of project goals.
4. Brining new ideas and innovation for process development and overall organizational progress.
5. To provide solutions commensurate with the customers’ needs within the ambit of the given environment so as to lead to business results.
