Track Lead (Tools & Automation)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Moveworks Developer to design, configure, develop, and implement AI-powered employee support solutions using the Moveworks platform. The ideal candidate will have experience in enterprise workflow automation, API integrations, conversational AI, and ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Development

  • Configure and develop solutions using Moveworks Creator Studio and Agent Studio.
  • Design and implement conversational workflows, AI agents, and automated support experiences.
  • Configure Enterprise Search and Knowledge Studio capabilities.
  • Develop and optimize intents, entities, and conversational experiences.

Integrations

  • Build and maintain integrations between Moveworks and enterprise applications.
  • Develop REST API-based integrations and webhook-based connectivity.
  • Configure authentication mechanisms including OAuth 2.0 and SAML.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across multiple enterprise systems.

Enterprise Application Integration

  • Integrate Moveworks with ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Workday, SuccessFactors, Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, Slack, and identity platforms.
  • Support access management, employee support, and IT service delivery use cases.

Testing & Deployment

  • Participate in solution design workshops and technical discussions.
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support.
  • Support production deployments and hypercare activities.
  • Monitor and optimize solution performance.

Skill Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Moveworks platform implementation.
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and web services.
  • Experience with JavaScript and/or Python.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow or other ITSM platforms.
  • Understanding of SSO, OAuth 2.0, and SAML.
  • Experience integrating SaaS applications.

  • Experience with Microsoft Teams and Slack integrations.
  • Knowledge of AI/LLM concepts and prompt engineering.
  • Experience in ITSM, HR, or employee support automation.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Other Requirements

  • 3–6 years of enterprise application development and integration experience.
  • Prior Moveworks implementation experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
