Job Summary

Job Description – Intune Engineer (L3)

Role Summary

The Intune L3 Engineer serves as the technical lead for endpoint management services, providing architecture guidance, advanced troubleshooting, automation, security governance, and service optimization across the Microsoft Endpoint Manager ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as highest escalation point for Intune-related issues.
  • Design and implement enterprise mobility solutions.
  • Lead Intune migrations and modernization initiatives.
  • Design Conditional Access and Zero Trust endpoint strategies.
  • Manage Endpoint Security and compliance architecture.
  • Lead Autopilot deployment frameworks.
  • Define application deployment standards and governance.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and problem management.
  • Manage integration with Defender, Entra ID, and Microsoft Security solutions.
  • Develop operational standards and best practices.
  • Lead major incidents and change implementation.

1. Enhance operational systems to facilitate improved management reporting, streamline information flow, optimize business processes, and support organizational planning.
2. Understand client requirements and accountable in ensuring support team is meeting client expectations.
3. To lead and mentor the project team and ensure transparent communication of project goals.
4. Brining new ideas and innovation for process development and overall organizational progress.
5. To provide solutions commensurate with the customers’ needs within the ambit of the given environment so as to lead to business results.
