Track Lead (Support & Operations)

Job Summary

Experienced Technical Business Analysts to support the design, implementation, and operationalization of processes and tooling for the identification, prioritization, testing, and deployment of critical open source software security patches. Working within a cross-functional team of architects, engineering, security, and operations specialists, the successful candidates will help establish an end-to-end vulnerability remediation capability with tight delivery timelines.
Key responsibilities include defining and documenting business and technical processes for CVE detection and prioritization using AI-enabled solutions such as Mythos and OpenAI; coordinating the acquisition of approved patches from partner sources, supporting testing, release management, and automated deployment activities, and ensuring alignment with enterprise governance, risk, and compliance requirements.
The role requires strong stakeholder management skills, the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, and experience working across security, engineering, and operational teams

Technical Business Analysis
ITSM processes, particularly Change Management and Incident Management
Vulnerability Management and CVE remediation
Open Source Software lifecycle management
Automation and DevOps practices
Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning enabled workflows
Software release and patch management
Process design and operational governance
Stakeholder management and requirements elicitation
Agile delivery methodologies
Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
