Role Summary

· Reporting Analyst with expertise in Grafana, monitoring, dashboard development, analytics, reporting, and operational insights.

Key Responsibilities

· Design and maintain Grafana dashboards and visualizations.

· Configure monitoring, alerting, and reporting solutions.

· Integrate Grafana with Prometheus, Elasticsearch, SQL databases, and Azure Monitor.

· Perform trend analysis and root cause analysis.

· Develop KPI scorecards and executive dashboards.

· Ensure data accuracy and reporting consistency.
