Job Summary:

Experience (UX) Designer to craft intuitive, user-centered designs for our digital products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user behavior, usability best practices, and design thinking principles. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to translate user needs and business goals into engaging experiences across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement user-centric designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Develop responsive and accessible interfaces across web and mobile platforms.
• Ensure design consistency and usability across all digital products.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve user experience.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Work with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights.
• Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, prototypes, and mockups.
• Translate complex requirements into simple, elegant UI/UX solutions.
• Collaborate with product and development teams throughout the design process.
• Ensure designs align with accessibility, usability, and responsive design standards.
• Use data and user feedback to iterate on designs and improve product usability.
• Maintain and contribute to design systems and style guides.
• Present design concepts and deliverables to stakeholders.

 

 

Qualifications:

Education:

• BE, BSc Computer Science, Information Technology
• Experience:

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in UX design or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX design work, including wireframes, prototypes, and design solutions.
• Experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar.

Skills:

• Solid understanding of user-centered design, usability principles, and interaction design.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
• Excellent visual design skills with an eye for detail and consistency.
• Ability to translate research into actionable insights.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus (not mandatory).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience designing mobile apps, SaaS, or enterprise software.
• Certification in UX design, HCI, or usability testing (optional).
