Track Lead - Access Governance

Job Summary

Contractor responsible for monitoring security posture, following up vulnerability management, cloud misconfigurations and supporting compliance and security control implementations and auditing based on Wiz. You will work closely with internal product engineering teams to ensure secure cloud configurations across our multi-cloud environment. Key Responsibilities: Configure and maintain security policies, rules, and controls within Wiz to align with organizational security requirements Monitor and triage security findings from Wiz, coordinating with relevant teams for remediation Create and maintain documentation related to compliance controls and standards Perform regular reviews of Wiz security findings and generate reports for stakeholders Partner with cloud engineering teams to implement security best practices and resolve identified issues Assist in incident response activities when Wiz identifies potential security issues Experience and Skills: Required: 3+ years of experience in cloud security engineering Strong hands-on experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) Deep understanding of cloud security concepts, compliance frameworks, and best practices Experience with cloud security tools and cloud-native security controls Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication abilities and experience working with cross-functional teams Preferred: Direct experience with Wiz platform Relevant security certifications (CISSP, CCSP, AWS Security Specialty, etc.) Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation) Experience with healthcare compliance standards like HIPPA and HITRUST Knowledge of container security and Kubernetes Experience with CI/CD security integration Understanding of compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS)
