Job Summary

Support SOX ITGC audits through evidence collection and validation • Coordinate with IT teams for control documentation (access, change, operations) • Respond to auditor queries with accurate and timely documentation • Ensure completeness of audit artifacts before submission • Track compliance requirements and audit timelines • Support internal, external, and third-party audits • Collect and manage audit evidence and documentation • Maintain compliance documentation, SOPs, and audit templates • Track audit findings and coordinate closure actions • Provide compliance reports and status updates • Ensure adherence to SLAs and governance processes

 The GRC (Audit & Compliance – SOX ITGC) resource supports regulatory compliance operations within a managed services environment. The role focuses on SOX ITGC audit support, compliance documentation, and audit coordination while ensuring SLA-driven execution and governance adherence.

Skill Requirements

Strong experience in SOX ITGC audit support • Knowledge of ITGC domains (access, change, operations) • Experience with audit documentation and compliance reporting • Familiarity with GRC and ITSM tools

5–9 years in GRC / Audit / Compliance roles with strong exposure to SOX ITGC Key KPIs • Timely submission of audit evidence • SLA adherence for audit deliverables • Accuracy of compliance documentation • Reduction in audit observations
