A ServiceNow Architect is responsible for defining, designing, and governing the enterprise ServiceNow platform architecture, ensuring scalable, secure, and business-aligned solutions across modules like ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, and CSM.

Architecture & Strategy Define and own the ServiceNow platform architecture and roadmap aligned with business goals Architect end-to-end solutions ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability Establish standards, governance, and best practices across the platform 🔹 2. Solution Design & Delivery Lead design and implementation across modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, etc.) Translate business requirements into technical solutions and architecture designs Ensure integration with enterprise systems (APIs, workflows, external tools 🔹 3.
