Job Summary

Perform application repackaging, packages customizations and scripting for multiple customers meeting the requirements of Shared Services Concept • Troubleshooting and working as 3rd line support for packages related incidents and problem • Providing proposals and solutions to business requirements • Capability for ensuring that the work done complies with given specifications and customer quality requirements

High level technical understanding • Well organized and attentive to details • Very structured in the way of working • Very good knowledge of the following products or technologies: - Application repackaging - Application Model - Package Model - Admin Studio \\ Wise Package Studio - Orca \\ InstEdIt - APP-V - PowerShell - VB Scripting - WMI

Skill Requirements

1. Proficient In Installshield For Application Packaging And Deployment
2. Strong Problem-Solving Skills With A Focus On Continuous Improvement
3. Excellent Leadership And Team Management Capabilities
4. Solid Understanding Of Operational Processes And Client Relationship Management
5. Effective Communication Skills For Transparent Project Management
