Track Lead - Program & Project Management

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities Program & Delivery Management • Lead end-to-end lifecycle of data fabric and analytics initiatives (planning, execution, monitoring, closure) • Define scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables aligned with business objective. • Manage budgets, resource allocation, and project financials • Track progress, dependencies, and risks across multiple workstreams Data Platform & Technical Oversight • Oversee implementation of data fabric architecture, including integration across data sources and platforms • Provide governance on data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, data modeling, and analytics solutions • Ensure alignment with enterprise data architecture, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), and BI tools • Collaborate with architects to support scalable, secure, and real-time data access frameworks Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Leadership • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams • Lead cross-functional teams including data engineers, analysts, architects, and vendors • Facilitate requirements gathering, solution design discussions, and roadmap alignment • Provide executive-level reporting and governance updates Agile Delivery & Execution Excellence • Drive Agile/Scrum delivery (sprint planning, backlog prioritization, retrospectives) • Establish PMO standards, governance frameworks, and delivery metrics • Ensure adherence to quality, security, and compliance standards Risk, Compliance & Data Governance • Identify and mitigate technical and delivery risks proactively • Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and regulatory requirements • Drive data quality, lineage, and metadata management practices ________________________________________ Required Qualifications • 10+ years of experience in IT project/program management, including data and analytics initiatives • 5+ years working on data platforms, BI, or data transformation programs • Strong understanding of: o Data fabric / data mesh / modern data architectures o Data engineering concepts (ETL/ELT, pipelines, data lakes/warehouses) o Cloud platforms (Azure) • Proven experience managing cross-functional and global teams • Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery models • Strong experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent
