Job Responsibilities : • Manage end-to-end vendor relationships, including onboarding, performance management, and renewals \r\n• Monitor vendor performance against agreed KPIs and SLAs \r\n• Conduct regular vendor reviews and business performance meetings \r\n• Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimization initiatives \r\n• Ensure vendor compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and security standards \r\n• Collaborate with internal stakeholders \r\n• Manage vendor-related risks and resolve escalations and disputes \r\n• Track and report vendor spend, performance metrics, and contract statuses \r\n• Drive continuous improvement and innovation through vendor partnerships
