Job Summary

Job Role : Track Lead - ServiceNow, IT Service Management

10+ years of experience - Responsible for operational support and configuration of HAM module with hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow scripting and administration to ensure accurate asset lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage complete hardware asset lifecycle (request, procurement, stockroom, deployment, retirement) Configure and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, workflows, and Flow Designer for HAM processes Maintain asset records, stockrooms, and inventory accuracy in alignment with CMDB Support data imports (CSV/XML), transform maps, and reconciliation of asset records Perform asset audits, validation, and compliance checks Handle incidents, service requests, and minor enhancements related to HAM Configure and support Service Catalog items for hardware requests and fulfillment workflows Monitor and resolve data issues, duplicate assets, orphan records, and CMDB mismatches Generate and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs for asset tracking and lifecycle management Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and vendor teams for asset movement and tracking Configure and maintain HAM processes using UI Policies, Business Rules, and Client Scripts (for form behavior and validations) Manage asset lifecycle workflows including procurement, stockroom, deployment, and retirement Perform data validation, reconciliation, and CMDB alignment Handle incidents and minor enhancements involving scripts, catalog items, and workflows Build reports and dashboards for asset tracking and compliance Work with integration feeding asset data (Discovery, import sets, XML/CSV loads)

Skill Requirements

Hands-on experience in: Basic scripting (Client Scripts, Business Rules) Service Catalog and workflow configuration Familiarity with import sets, transform maps, and XML/CSV data loads Strong understanding of CMDB and asset-to-CI mapping Experience in ServiceNow HAM / ITAM processes

Other Requirements

Certification: CIS-HAM / ITAM preferred Knowledge of inventory, procurement workflows Attention to data accuracy and governance
