Job Summary

Job Role : Track Lead - ServiceNow, IT Service Management

10+ years of experience - Supports SPM (PPM) modules with hands-on platform configuration capabilities, enabling efficient project, demand, and portfolio management across the organization. 

Key Responsibilities

Support and configure demand, project, portfolio, and resource management modules Develop Client Scripts, Business Rules, and workflows/Flow Designer automations for approvals and lifecycle tracking Maintain and enhance project forms, templates, financial tracking, and resource allocations Build and manage reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics KPIs Configure integrations using REST APIs, XML/JSON, for project and financial data flows Handle L2 support issues in SPM modules (demand, project, portfolio) Configure approval workflows and governance checkpoints for PMO processes Monitor and troubleshoot data inconsistencies, calculation issues, and reporting gaps Support monthly/quarterly reporting cycles and governance reviews Collaborate with PMO, finance, and business stakeholders to align portfolio priorities Configure and maintain SPM modules using: Business Rules for validation and automation Client Scripts for UI behavior Flow Designer / Workflows for project lifecycle automation Customize forms, tables, and modules related to demand, project, portfolio, and resource management Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs using Performance Analytics Support integrations and data exchange using REST APIs, XML/JSON Troubleshoot issues across SPM modules including scripts and workflows Support PMO teams with enhancements and reporting needs

Skill Requirements

Hands-on experience with: Platform scripting (Client Scripts, Business Rules) Workflow/Flow Designer configuration Familiarity with XML/JSON for external integrations Experience in SPM / PPM modules Knowledge of project lifecycle and governance models

Other Requirements

Certification: ServiceNow SPM / PPM preferred Exposure to financial management and resource planning Strong stakeholder communication skills
