Job Summary

The Tools & Automation Engineer plays a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency through the development and maintenance of automation tools. This position focuses on asset management and ITIL processes, ensuring that all solutions align with organizational standards for quality and cost. The engineer will work collaboratively to deliver high-quality code and support existing projects while responding to client requests.

Key Responsibilities

1. Enhance Operational Systems By Utilizing Servicenow And Itil Frameworks To Improve Management Reporting, Streamline Information Flow, And Optimize Business Processes.
2. Analyze Client Requirements And Ensure That The Support Team Delivers Solutions That Meet Or Exceed Client Expectations While Adhering To Itsm Best Practices.
3. Lead And Mentor The Project Team By Defining Project Goals, Facilitating Transparent Communication, And Fostering A Collaborative Work Environment.
4. Introduce Innovative Ideas And Process Improvements To Enhance Organizational Progress And Operational Efficiency.
5. Provide Tailored Solutions Based On Customer Needs Within The Servicenow Environment, Driving Business Results And Ensuring Alignment With Organizational Objectives.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
