Key Responsibilities

Experience

  • 5 to 8+ years in Infrastructure/Cloud Operations.
  • 3+ years of hands-on AWS experience.
  • Experience in production support and cloud migrations.

Skill Requirements

Certifications (Preferred)

  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate/Professional
  •  

Soft Skills

  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Incident and problem management experience.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to work in 24x7 support environments when required.
