Job Summary

The Track Lead in Support & Operations plays a pivotal role in managing operational excellence and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This position focuses on problem-solving, meeting client SLAs, and empowering teams through effective people management, ensuring that support teams align with client expectations while fostering a culture of innovation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Enhance Operational Systems By Leveraging On-Premise Active Directory To Streamline User Management Processes, Optimize Access Controls, And Improve Reporting Capabilities For Better Decision-Making.
2. Understand And Analyze Client Requirements, Ensuring That The Support Team Effectively Utilizes On-Premise Active Directory To Meet And Exceed Service Level Agreements.
3. Lead And Mentor The Project Team In Implementing Best Practices For On-Premise Active Directory Management, Ensuring Transparent Communication Of Project Goals And Progress.
4. Introduce Innovative Solutions For Process Development, Utilizing On-Premise Active Directory Features To Enhance Security And Operational Efficiency Within The Organization.
5. Provide Tailored Solutions That Align With Customer Needs, Leveraging On-Premise Active Directory Functionalities To Drive Business Results And Enhance User Satisfaction.
