Job Summary

Position: Senior Full Stack Developer Experience: 8–12 Years Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with 8–12 years of expertise in architecting, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on proficiency in Python, Node.js, Angular, and strong expertise in Azure cloud, Docker, and Git. You will lead development efforts, influence architecture decisions, and guide teams toward engineering excellence. Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership & Architecture - Lead design and architecture discussions for complex systems and microservices. - Define coding standards, best practices, and ensure high-quality code across teams. - Provide technical mentorship to developers and participate in strategic technology decisions. Backend Development - Architect and build robust backend services using Python (Django/FastAPI/Flask) and Node.js (Express/NestJS). - Design scalable, secure, and high-performance APIs and microservices. - Implement asynchronous tasks, message queues, caching layers, and distributed systems patterns. Frontend Development - Develop and optimize enterprise-scale web applications using Angular. - Build reusable UI components, manage application state (NgRx), and drive performance optimization. - Ensure modern UI/UX standards and cross-browser responsiveness. Cloud & DevOps (Azure Focus) - Design, deploy, and manage cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure (Container apps,App Services, AKS, Functions, ACR, Storage, Key Vault). - Architect and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions. - Containerize workloads using Docker and ensure efficient builds and deployments. Database & Storage - Work with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Cosmos DB). - Optimize database design, write complex queries, and ensure high availability and security. Collaboration & Delivery - Work closely with product, QA, DevOps, and business teams to deliver high-impact features. - Drive technical decision-making, perform code reviews, and ensure adherence to engineering standards. - Troubleshoot production issues, optimize performance, and ensure system reliability. Required Skills & Qualifications - 8–12 years of professional full-stack development experience. - Strong proficiency in Python and Node.js. - Advanced experience with Angular - Deep knowledge of Azure cloud architecture and cloud-native patterns. - Expert-level experience with Docker and microservices deployments. - Strong command of Git, branching strategies, and repository workflows. - Experience in designing scalable, highly available systems. - Strong understanding of security best practices (OWASP, API security, identity). - Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills with hands-on approach. - Experience mentoring teams and leading technical initiatives.
