Job Summary

The Tools & Automation Engineer plays a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency through the development and maintenance of automation tools. This position focuses on asset management and ITIL processes, ensuring that all solutions align with organizational standards for quality and cost. The engineer will work collaboratively to deliver high-quality code and support existing projects while responding to client requests.

Key Responsibilities

1. Enhance Operational Systems By Utilizing Itil Frameworks And Servicenow To Improve Management Reporting, Streamline Information Flow, And Optimize Business Processes.
2. Analyze Client Requirements And Ensure The Support Team Meets Client Expectations Using Bmc Remedy And Ca Service Desk Manager For Effective Incident Management.
3. Lead And Mentor The Project Team To Ensure Transparent Communication Of Project Goals, Utilizing Asset Management Tools To Track Progress And Performance.
4. Foster Innovation By Introducing New Ideas For Process Development That Align With Organizational Objectives And Enhance Service Delivery.
5. Provide Tailored Solutions That Address Customer Needs By Leveraging Avanti And Asset Management Strategies To Drive Positive Business Outcomes.

Skill Requirements

1. Strong Understanding Of Asset Management And Itil Principles
2. Proficiency In Servicenow, Bmc Remedy, Ca Service Desk Manager, And Avanti
3. Excellent Problem-Solving And Communication Skills
