Job Summary

Cloud Service Manager – Azure (L3)

 Lead end-to-end Azure Cloud Operations, ensuring availability, performance, security, and compliance across Azure IaaS and PaaS environments. Drive service governance, SLA/KPI adherence, incident, problem, change, and operational risk management while providing executive-level service reporting. Manage customer relationships, service reviews, continual service improvement initiatives, and alignment of cloud services with business objectives. Collaborate with Cloud Architects, SMEs, and delivery teams to optimize cloud consumption, automate operations, and enhance operational maturity. Oversee capacity, cost, security, and operational excellence initiatives while leading a team of cloud engineers and ensuring seamless BAU service delivery.
