Job Summary

Manage and support Azure infrastructure services, ensuring high availability, performance, and operational stability. Administer virtual machines, virtual networks, storage, backup, monitoring, and identity services within Azure. Execute cloud deployments, migrations, and enhancement activities following established standards and procedures. Troubleshoot complex incidents, perform RCA, and implement preventive actions to improve service reliability. Develop automation scripts and infrastructure-as-code solutions to streamline cloud operations. Work closely with delivery teams and customers to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
